We cannot accept returns on any products. All sales are final, no exceptions made.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of receiving the package if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include pictures of the package and products showing the exact issues and condition they are in. After we receive your email, we will evaluate and rectify the issue if we deem appropriate. Only replacements are offered, no full refunds will be issued for any order. Once the 5 days have passed since you received your order, we will no longer be able to offer replacements for the products.
If the products are damaged or missing parts not due to our error (ex: you accidentally crush the vials or spill the glitter out of the vials), we are not responsible and cannot offer a refund or replacement.
We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages as the shipping provider is responsible for such issues. If you suspect that your order has been lost or stolen, the shipping company has marked your package as delivered, and you have received email updates about your package’s delivery/tracking information, you will need to contact the shipping provider and file a claim for the missing fully insured package through them. We will do whatever we can to help you as long as you inform us of such issues within 5 days of the package being marked as delivered.
Customers have 2 hours to email us with the address change or color change request. After the 2 hours, we cannot guarantee that an address or glitter color change will be possible as we frequently ship orders the same day they are placed.
Customers have 2 hours after order placement to email us with their order information and cancellation request. After the 2 hours, order cancellations will no longer be available. There is a cancellation fee of 2.9% + $.30 of the total amount paid for transaction fees, and that amount will be deducted from each refund issued. The cancellation fees for international orders are different and vary based on where the order was placed from.
